Our policy is to ship all orders within three business days receipt. In rare instances we may be temporarily out of stock, if so, you will be notified of any extended delays. All ThermaCell product ship via FedEx Ground. Expect delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

Return Policy

We have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you are not happy with a product purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We only pay associated shipping costs in the event of a defective product.
